  Where is my order?

UBE fills and ships orders Monday through Friday.  In general you should expect that your order will be filled and shipped in 1-2 business days.

NOTE: UBE does not guarantee the services of USPS.

  How do I make a change to my order?

Please be advised that once your order has been shipped you can no longer make any changes to your order.  Typically you can only make a change to your order within 24 hours of your order being placed.  Even then, we regret to say, we cannot guarantee that your order change request can be granted.

Please refer to our Online Sales Policy for more information on canceling or returning an order.

 


  I am having trouble placing an order. What should I do?

We apologize that you are experiencing difficulty ordering from our website.  Here are a few tips that may help.



  1. If you are adding items to your cart and your cart is still empty then check to make sure you have cookies enabled.
  2. If you are paying by credit card make sure that your billing address matches the information on your billing statement.  Students, this is usually your permanent address.

  What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password a new one can be emailed to you by clicking here.  You can then change that password by clicking on account details.


My credit card was charged twice – what should I do?

Pressing the "Submit Order" button more than once can result in duplicate charges. To ensure that you do not place a duplicate order please make sure to only press the Submit Order button once. Then please be patient as we attempt to authorize your credit card. If you believe that there is a duplicate charge on your credit card please Contact Us . We will look into the charge and if it is a duplicate we will reverse the duplicate charge and remove the duplicate order. Please be sure to include your order number when you contact us.

Refund and Exchange Deadlines

The last day for textbook refunds and exchanges is
 Tuesday, August 30, 2011.
(REQUIRES RECEIPT)

Last day to return textbooks for dropped courses is
Wednesday, October 19, 2011.
(REQUIRES RECEIPT AND DROP SLIP)

Between Wednesday, September 1, 2011, and Tuesday, November 21, 2011:
Return your textbooks within 24 hours for 75% of the purchase price.
New books with writing receive 50% of the purchase price.

ALL BOOK RETURNS MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

From Tuesday, November 21, 2011 to the end of the semester, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on textbooks purchased for the Fall 2011 semester.

 

All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of management.
